A Site is a geographical grouping of Trials.
sites are metadata for contacts and genotypes. A contact’s site may be their employer. Genotype sites are intended to store the origin of a genotype.
Default Columns
Organisation comes with the following system columns
Column name | Column Description |
SiteName | This field is for storing a unique name for a site in the database. Examples: The Univeristy |
TrialAcronymSuffix | This field is used for storing a series of 5 characters that can represent the site at the end of the Trial Acronym. When adding a site, Katmandoo will automatically generate the Trial Acronym suffix based on the site name. Examples: brslc, TTA, gndwn |
An initial Katmandoo installation only includes one site, called Unknown site.
